Android Project 06 - Eclipse

We need some Android battery drain statistics generated. This is the procedure that we need: o charge up the battery completely -- check the battery level to see that it is at 100% o unplug the charger o perform the operation for 5 hours -- and nothing else but the operation o record the brand of the phone, the name of the operation, and the battery level at the end of the 5 hours These are the operations that we need tested: Operation: nothing -- do nothing for 5 hours (we use this as the baseline) Operation: GPS -- Turn on GSP location tracking and leave it on for 5 hours Operation: Accelerameter measurment -- store the three sensor's data into three variables and do this for 5 hours Operator: Sense if the volume button was pressed -- sense this for 5 hours without pressing the volume button Operation: do a HTTP PUT to a valid url of your choice -- do this once a minute for 5 hours ... We need all operations done on two different brands of ANDROID phones -- you choose which brands. We need the results of these tests. We will need the source code that you create for doing the tests so we can validate that the tests are accurate. Project to be started ASAP. Regular Updates are a must.
