Create an Android Rom with custom levels with Settings which can be switched between using a password. I will have a full definition for you when you show interest and ability. Once I share the full project requirements with you , I will need a full project bid and timeline with milestones from you which we will discuss until we agree on phase I. The project will start with the latest android base and will have to be built successfully at the close of each day, the running ROM uploaded and the source code checked into my GIT repository. Each ROM will expect to be running on Google Nexus 7. A daily changelog will also be filled out and checked into the repository.
