Game on windows phone and android using unity 3d

I don't have a portofolio yet, because I'm really new to freelancing, but I'm hoping to build one really quick. If your project is at 80% I know I can make 100% without any worries. With my skills and knowledge I know I can deliver a high quality project. My bid is not that high, because I can work only 4 hours a day on a project, because I also work.
