Utilize Codecanyon game, make more levels & change main character

you will use this [login to view URL] (& obviously if I paid 12 for the game don't try over bidding this) You change the main character to a stick figure on a bicycle & add as many levels as you can bid out. The final code should be optimized for HTML5, & submission for iOS & Android as a tab App tab. Phonegap is ok.
