I am an electronic engineer having a professional background on cct design and simulation. As I understood what you need is to connect a solar panel, phone and an Arduino board to an audio component. I have a little doubt that what is the task you are going to perform using this. What you need is to power the arduino and phone using the solar panel and address the gathering or make a phone chat using this assembly I can do it very easily. If it is incorrect what i understood please make the corrections. How ever I can do this as you expect.
