Mobile App / Game -for Andriod / Iphone / Window Mobile

We are looking to develop a simple app with some complexity on the back end. The app on the local device needs to only scan a QR code / Tap a NFC tag or load in offline mode done via a phone gate wrapper. We then would prefer the application to fire up a HTML5 / JAVA page hosted on a webserver. Once loaded by one of the three methods it will be redirected to a logon page that can be achieved by social networking credential such as FB/Twittter . If they opt not to use a social connection it they can use a local sign up from. The application main functionality needs to: 1. Trivia based questioner with a multi select options 2. Calculate a score/ points 3. Show active leader board 4. Integrate a shopping cart 5. Display a RSS feed from external source. 6. Message individual users All information needs to be stored in a SQL / MYSQL DB.
