Simple Android App to load our Mobile Site - Hiring NOW!

We are currently using AppsGeyser to create our Web App - and you know all it does is load a Mobile Version of our site. The problem is that AppsGeyser has their Ads at the bottom. For that reason we do not want to use AppsGeyser anymore. We want you to create our Web App. We want to use our AdMob publisher ID and load the mobile version of our site. That's it. This is a simple process but need to find the right provider to do it quickly and easily. Please explain your process of this and understanding on the PMB. Explain fully your understanding.
