Simple Educational iPhone/ iPad App for Children

Hello, I am looking for an experienced iPhone app programmer to create a simple iPhone application that allows babies and preschool aged children touch the letter of the alphabet that is being requested. I will provide the text, images, and the audio required for the application. This app must also work for the ipad. Examples of how this app should work are in the app store: -Pocket abc- Letters by Touch & Learn -ABC Alphabet Phonics by [login to view URL] Attached is a wireframe sketch for bidders to get an idea of what I would like the app to do. -Must have Skype and very good written english skills. -Must have Excellent programming skills iOS, Cocos2D, xcode, in-app, Airship Notifications -I'm not interested in working with Companies and prefer individuals only please. -Must be able to upload code on a daily basis. -Must have excellent follow up and communication skills. (as in daily/hourly updates) since these very short term projects there's not much room for errors and delays. -Must be able to provision and submit apps to app store under my account. -Must have submitted an app to the app store that has been approved. -Very good at time/cost estimation and knows how to stay on time and on budget. I'm NOT interested in working with a programmer that can "figure it out". I'm sure you can figure it out. I would just prefer to work with someone that already has. I need someone that has actually configured, set up, implemented and written the code not someone who worked on the team that did those things or was familiar with or had a single past project that had something similar. Can you make this happen? If you can I will hire you for more work as I have 6 other simple apps for babies, toddlers, and pre-schoolers that need to be developed before May. When you apply submit your portfolio of apps, highlight the ones that have IAP, Game Center, Advertising, Animation in them. Include your hourly rate. Include your time zone and the hours you normally work. - You must be able to produce the App in total, and be able to put it on AppStore. Need the project to be completed within 2 weeks from the agreed start date.
