Write an iPhone chat application

I need an iPhone app developed quick. I'm under very tight deadlines. The app needs to have similar features to other chat programs such as WeChat and What's App, but not that complicated for version 1. But the features that I do list that I need must function similarly to those apps. I already have all the photoshop files done, and the app has been laid out in XCode already with some functionality of basic items already started. The buttons and photoshop elements are already cut up and inserted into the xcode file. What I need is a developer to finish the app, get it running on your testing server to prove it works. Then migrate the app to my server and you submit it to the app store for me. All must be 100% running and in app store at the end. Please note, right after this is done I need an Android version of the app, and then V2 of both apps. I want to use the same developer for all of this ongoing work. I don't have a lot of money to complete V1, so keep in mind I will have a lot more for the Android and V2 of both. I'd prefer a long term relationship with a developer I can trust. The app needs to: 1. Have one on one chat 2. Have group chat 3. Dropbox integration 4. Have a news feed similar to facebook, but I have a bit of a different concept for that. Please don't bid if you can't meet agreed upon milestones dates that we will discuss. Please don't bid if you can't show me examples of chat programs you've already created. I'm looking for a long term partner who can finish this version of the app quick, and then move on to the other projects. I will provide a wireframe to those I short list. For those who I feel have a good understanding of what I want, I'll provide the current xcode project for your inspection. Thank you.
