Create PDF Quote and Option to email it.

An Android app that uses data from database to create a PDF. This is based on a current website page that does it. I manually enter the title, the sales person, user address, Due date, Delivery date, discount amount. I select from DB, the service from the service table, and from that choice it allows the user to pick the area, and enter price. The PDF is created and saved. I want to send it by email. Email is associated to users. so they can be picked from a drop down. a message entered and sent. looking for $35 or less
