Hello, I already have that functionality on my personal codebase(Rotate, zoom, and pan) as I worked on it before. Maybe I can help. As I understand, you only need the pan working. Although the rotate and zoom as I can see on the sample is a bit shaky. 1 day is for those functionality, if there's more that needs to be done, it could take a 2-3 days.
