Need an iOS developer.

We need to build a an iOS app by 25th of August. 1. App has 2 forms, one registration form and one feedback form. 2. Notification Mechanism that will show notification posted by admin on notification bar of phone. 3. Layout of homepage is given, and no restriction on the look and feel. It should look like a standard usable app, image is attached. 4. Homepage has tiles, each tile will have files(pdf, images , audio). If a tile has a single file, open it, if a tile has multiple files than you can list the files on next screen and provide a listing, Clicking on an item in the list will again open the file. The back-end APIS are almost ready, and we have the liberty of adding or removing fields from back-end, So full back-end support. The CMS panel for listing the members, uploading file and posting the notification is ready too. An android app is already in progress.
