Write an Android application

Hi, I need to create a quiz game that picks ten random questions from a 200 questions database and scores the participant out of 10. And he can repeat, and the game picks randomly ten questions. etc. every time he or she plays, they get a score per game, and an overall average score for all games played. once they reach 80% overall average score, they open second level, with a new set of harder 200 questions. I need to be able to add up to five levels. I want players to play using their mobile, to be timed 10 minutes per game. I want to have admin access to add users, track scores of participants, etc. I want to be able to upload questions and answers from excel. Questions are all multiple choice, text only, with 4 possible answers. The interface can be generic, but it has to be attractive, and engaging. Can you help please? Thanks Regards Ammar Mango
