Data Clean - Excel to Sql

I will do a program a to read and eformat all data in a correct CSV format, suited to be loaded to DB. I will then give you the resulting files (in CSV, Excel, SQlite or MySql format, what you prefer). I will give you the program too, if you need it for future uses.

Have already done a lot of data transformations from Excel into MySQL and vice versa. My preferred programming language is Perl.
