I need a django 3.x expert, digitalocean knowledgeable

I need a django 3.x expert and someone who have knowledge with digital ocean. I also don't want someone to increase the price constantly. My website has to many issues and bugs, I need those things fix and I need you to find new bugs and errors and fix them as well. My website song uploading feature is not working. And I need mobile UI for my website. Before I award this job to you I want you to sign the IP agreement and the NDA agreement beacuse I will share my server ip and password with you. So this is case sensitive please don't share this information or miss use these information. I need someone to stay in constant communication with me and updated me daily. After I posted this job don't ask me to share information since I will be intereing people for a week. If you insist of me sharing information I will loose interested in you. If you have ideas for my site please share. Another feature I want to add to my site is the forgot password option, letting people upload videos, pictures to my site. My chat list is to long and I need to make it shorter 7 people per list, each time someone clicks the 'find new people' button it should give then a new list of 7 people. This might sound confuseing to you but once you check the site and test it, it will make sense. My website as a profile page and a feedpage. I also need to set an age restriction to my site +13 up. I also need to set a email verification each time someone uses thier email for the sign up page. As I mention already my website has a nginx error and a 414 request entity to large when someone trys to upload a song of 6 mega size. And also there is the same error with 2.45 mega audio file. I am license by BMI only for now so users should only be allow to upload songs that are license by BMI useing BMI repertoire.
