Fix two bugs in .Net C# Application

I have two bugs that need to be fixed on our website. The site is a pickem pool website with a survivor pool. This pool is designed for users to make one pick each week and if they are correct, they move on to the next week. Everything works fine except for two bugs. Bug 1. If all the users that are currently active get the pick wrong in a given week. It doesn't show anything for the week and it waits until the season is over to split the pot. It also doesn't show that week at all. It does work if there is only one user left. It will show them as a winner and doesn't wait until the end of the season. They only thing that needs to be fixed is if all users go out in the same week. Bug 2. In the first week, The first user to make a pick goes to log in We need someone to review the files and put comments where there are any changes so we can update our live site. We will also need a couple of days of testing to make sure everything works.
