Join Welleon Team to build an innovative web app from the scratch together with small and highly motivated team!   ABOUT THE PRODUCT:  A web-app for managers, team leads, coaches (anyone leading a team) that provides an amazing opportunity to exchange powerful feedback between and within teams, track progress and results over time. ABOUT THE TEAM: The team is located in Portugal and Sweden. It is very small, adaptive, open-minded, well organised, focused, pragmatic yet hoping to make a great product. Your teammates are accountable for business side, product vision, priorities, functional requirements and design. More details about the product and the team will be provided in the interview call. ABOUT YOUR ROLE: - A full-time position for a long term project (presumably, 6-12 months with a potential of getting longer). We need a full-time engagement as we want our teammates to fully focus on our product not jumping back and forth to other projects. - Working time is flexible yet should be sufficiently predictable to ensure the team can regularly meet all together. - We are going to have the very first version on Production in 2-3 months and then iteratively improve it and add more functionality. - You will create an adaptive web-app from the scratch. It is an amazing chance to build app as you want. Since there is no legacy and tech debt, you will a huge room for creativity! - We expect you have developed to a senior professional level at both front-end and back-end development as you will be responsible for delivering a complete solution. - With the consultancy by our CTO - you will be accountable for the tech side throughout the entire product development lifecycle. - As a part of the team you will have a chance to contribute to the product related decision-making process, challenge functional solutions and share your ideas as necessary to achieve the team's common goals.
