Dev for Solana NFT minting website

We need a developer to finish the minting process for our website. We need the following functionality: - presale mint for whitelisted wallets at Discounted price - public mint to be activated after presale, at Full priced. - optional: Timer on website should be synced to the start or each of the minting periods (I.e. presale, public sale) - Admin wallet can adjust current mint price. - Admin wallet can mint at zer;o cost for any number of NFTs at any time - Admin wallet can set the maximum number of NFTs per mint - Admin wallet can start/stop the minting process - metadata for artwork needs to be generated based on the filename convention 1. We have all art (although we may tweak the collection to add some rares as movie files). We don't have metadata, but there's really not much to it since they don't have traits. The 1500 artworks consists of 500 sets of 3-piece collections. 2. I've got a solana wallet on Phantom we were going to use. 3. Royalty was going to initially be set at between 3-5%. 4. We are still collecting whitelist wallet addresses on our discord. We are at about 150+ last time I checked. how long will this project take to complete? what would a fixed price look like?
