Hi, I have 12+ years of experience on Linux and Windows servers especially built on VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V platforms. From project description, I understood that you want to setup a mail server. Have you decided which product you want to use? I personally suggest to go for sendmail as it is most robust system I have ever worked as open-source platform. Have you created MX record and A record already? Hi I am proficient in setting up Postfix mail server. Have been running mail servers for many years, and recently configured my own Postfix server (October) on CentOS 7 after moving to a new server. I am also a Perl programmer of many years although not sure why you have that mentioned in relation to setting a mail server up. Hope to hear from you. Thanks.
