Realistic 3D rendering of a Residential Area

Boom Division is a 3D company working for Promotion in Real Estate. We have now new clients in Residential Areas. We search someone to do a Realistic 3D rendering of a Residential Area with 35 plots. The goal is to create and render an image who will show how the Residential areas will look. The buyers are free to build the houses they want. So you need to do 4/5 types of houses with some variations to simulate the 35 plots. You will receive the different contraints (color of the roofs, position of the vegetation etc) You will receive the autocad map, the satellite view for the position of the environment. The buildings around the area will be made in white blocks. The rendering need to be realistic and the format enough to be print on a panel of 4x3m. You will find in attach file a reference of an image we made. You will see what we search. You will find too the image of the map of the area. (you will receive of course the dwg version for the prestation). We need to make some points during the deal to validate the progression and the final rendering.
