AllLocalSearch Project

Hi, we are small company located at miami, florida area and we've created a business listing directory using joomla with PHP plus MySQL and AJAX as a search engine. We are looking for a programmer who needs to know all these tools named above, our project is simple to fix couple of things such as 1)Speed up our search engine a little bit faster. you can look at it "http://www.alllocalsearch.com" 2)once you click on a customer to see the details info if you try to click on the back button from the browser it shows "page not found...or something like that" the problem is something related to AJAX that it doesn't save historic data. I think these 2 things to start with, and then later we'll add more stuff to do. Thanks.
