Host Bill Module

I need a fully working project management module for Host Bill App. This module should have clean coding as it will be sold to the public. This module should NOT have any Copyright or Branding from you the programmer other than what I have requested. This module should be like WHMCS project management module but needs to stand out in other ways. To show me you are what I am looking for please tell me what you would do to make this module stand out. I would like this done within the next couple of weeks. This module or a similar module should not be recreated by you to be resold to the public.
