Php / Mysql coder - list making site

I require a coder to work on a project with me. I need a website that will enable people to add to list and people to add topic. I need the following: To be able to add to another list, both one item or copy and paste list. Be able to view lists To start a new list To start a new topic. Offensive word blocking Widget that lists all topic and how many in each list. Admin backend to view all topics and lists, and allow editing of entries/deletion of entries. A simple web design, that will allow editing by me later. Thanks Ben
