Hello Freelancers. We are into daily supply of fresh herbal products. We have customers who take monthly subscriptions from us. We have a delivery system in place that delivers this product to their residences every day at their preferred time. What we require : 1. We need an online software PHP linked to MYSQL database. 2. When the customer subscribes he has to fill in a form (hardcopy) with this various details. We want and interface form that can enable us to enter all these details in the database. 3. We require various queries. Renewal reminders, Address Search, Customer search, Payment reminders. birthday reminders etc 4. We have these products home delivered by our delivery boys.. So we also require a segment which would enable us to assign the deliveries to a particular delivery boy. Every day delivery sheets would need to be printed so that they can be handed over to these delivery boys.
