298973 Addition to PPC script

I will buy the pay per click script at [login to view URL] I want a combination of ppc listings and free listings. The ppc listings will be showed first followed by the free directory listings. The script already has all the ppc functions and it is made so you can add listings from other ppc affiliate programs like [login to view URL] and others. Now, I do not want any affiliate programs. I want a regular directory where people can submit their sites site to a specific category for free and I will approve or disapprove the listing. So when a visitor come and search for "girls", all the paid listings for this keyword will show up first and after that all "girl" related free listings. I need dublicate check, url validation, and approval email send to the submitter.
