Hello, The system I want to develop will work in the following way. I plan to make a retail product that will contain labels with a unique number. Every package will have a different number. When a user buys the package they are directed to a site where they will enter their cell number and email. They will then attach the label with the unique number to their property. User looses the property, Finder sees the label on the property and sends a text containing the unique number to a phone number or short code. the owner receives an automated text and email advising him that someone has found their property. The owner and finder can sms anonymously then arrange to meet and exchange the property. This will be for use in North America, users/subscribers will be low and build over time so it should be scalable. Provide the necessary support to test and verify all aspects are working as expected. Provide all code after project ends. If your company is able to provide these programming services required please advise what our next step should be.
