Affiliate system for website hosting (ResellerClub SuperSite or API)

I am interested in opening my own webhosting company. I'd like to sign-up for a "reseller" package of an existing hosting company and then start selling services as my own. I researched and found that [login to view URL] suits my needs. They provide a "supersite" that I can brand and configure and use as my own webhosting company website. However, there are some extra features I need: 1. Affiliate module: I'd have a lot of affiliates referring business to me. So, I'd like to send them commission every month or every year (depending on the product purchased). So, I need a module where my affiliate can login and see their commission status. If the account they refereed is no longer active, then the affiliate module should automatically stop commissions. 2. Discount/coupon module: I think this feature is already there. But if not, I'd like to have a coupon module where I can issue coupons and give discounts to users. I should be able to specify different kind of discounts like 1-time discount, recurring discount, single use coupon, multi-use coupons, unlimited use coupons, expiry date of coupons etc. So, you have two options: 1. Either use ResellerClub SuperSite and integrate these features for me. **Or **2. Use ResellerClub API and make webhosting site completely from scratch. These are not expensive. I think only $97 or so. Please keep in mind that most of my affiliates will be offline. So, a. Most of my affiliates (sales agents) are offline; and most of my orders are also offline. I also get payments offline. b. So, when a customer signs up, the customer tells me which sales-agent helped them. Then I just issue a commission cheque to sales-agent later. c. If customer is no longer active, then I stop giving commissions to the sales-agent. Is this possible with your affiliate module? That is a) acceting offline affiliates. Customer will tell us sales-agent id. b) automatically check to see if customer is still active. If customer is not active, then stop issuing commissions to affiliate/sales-agent.
