ASP.NET fixes for website(repost)

Calling on ASP.NET gurus! You need to know ASP.NET inside out....as well as MS SQL 7 and mysql. First: I have an ASP.NET ecommerce page that takes records payments from Paypal and puts the information in a DB. It was working fine until I moved my SQL/mysql server to another computer. Now it doesn't work. I need you to check what settings changed on the page and make it work again. For example: If the DB was not copied over, I need the DB copied to the new server (the old computer still has the correct setup and db). If the wrong mysql version is installed, we need to adjust the code to achieve this. Second: I use [login to view URL]'s IP database (i.e. which maps IP addresses to the country where the user resides) to detect fraud on my server. This DB is already installed on my SQL db somewhere. I have an update to make on this....so I need this updated on my server. Third: I need the ability to "add" a record. I have more projects coming up and want to start a longterm relationship with 1-2 coders. If you're prompt and know ASP.NET, SQL 7, (some php) then we can definitely work together.
