ASP.NET e-Learning Portal

I've outlined what the project involves in a word document. Please download it and put your bids accordingly. This is the 3rd posting of this project. I've wasted enough time and money, especially after the last developer being fradulent, etc. Long story! I need this project to be completed by the set deadline. That is not the date for the first draft of the project. I expect all the testing and de-bugging to be done and project to be successfully, bug-free completed by that date. If you are taking on 10 other projects, I'm not interested. If you can't respond to me within 24 hours, I'm not interested. If you can't deliver a completed project by the deadline, I'm not interested. This project is 2 months overdue. So it needs doing ASAP. I have used up all "niceness" credits with the last two losers. So only bid if you are serious and you know exactly how to do this.
