Cross-Domain Scripting

I have webpage with two frames. The first frame contains web page from the same web site (the same domain), and the second frame contains web page from another domain (different website). I want to read value of text box in the second frame (the foreign website) from the first frame (My website). Also I want the set value to the second frame textbox. Currently, I am getting "Access Denied" error when I am attempt to use JavaScript to access the text box in the second frame from the first frame. This is happen due to security restrictions in IE and FireFox. I want a solution for this problem. This solution should not depend on any proxy or any .HTA (Html Application).
