Dotnetnuke Skin Rework(repost)

I have 13 dotnetnuke skins (HTML) that have been coded from Dreamweaver designs. The coder that completed them cleaned up the HTML but didn't do a great job with the skinning, they are not optimal, have only one content pane and the standard SolPartMenu, therefore need rework. I also don't think that there are any containers. These skins are to be made generic so that anyone can use them, for example, design must resize if menu width exceeds the width of page, content panes must collapse when not in use and backgrounds repeat whereever necessary and so on. The designs must also be optimised, so CSS is required to be used (ideally html will all be div tags as opposed to tables) background images should be replaced with color code wherever possible - the end goal being that the design does not take an 'age' to load - sorry but taking the whole design and adding as a background image then overlaying is not feasible. Each design must include a choice of 15 container styles containers. There must also be 6 skins as follows: - admin full - admin - home full - home - pages full - pages a horizontal and vertical menu version should be included if possible. If you are good with DNN and either have experience of skinning or would like a challenge this is the job for you. I have ongoing work required for skin designs, this project is one of many if you are the right coder for the job. When bidding consider that the set of containers and skins may be used as your base template for almost all of these designs, it is then a case of changing the graphics. Each design is very different but in terms of skin layout they will all be almost the same. Good luck! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform must be DNN version 3 and version 4 compatible. Skin template (without DNN containers) is to be w3c compliant.
