Looking for Workers for My company

We are a freelance design company that is looking for a few hard workers for our company. We are interested, especially in coders that speak excellent english. The main type of jobs we get involve designing multi-level user websites. These websites are usually designed using php or php nuke or postnuke and MySQL databases. Experts in php/MySQL a MUST. If you know how to integrate features into phpnuke that is also a plus. Also we are looking for one designer that is an expert at C/C++. Please let us know what you charge per hour and for php/MySQL experts what you charge per website. The design will be done by our graphic design artists so design is irrelevant.
