Advanced Caller ID Program

Upon completion of the GUI, I need you to be willing to makes any changes to it that I may suggest. When the program runs for the first time, I need it to automatically detect the modem and run in the sys tray. Features will be similar to Identify: [login to view URL] Program will log name, number, date, time, duration, and call type on the main form. There will be a phone book database with the ability to add a picture (autosizing will be needed), and e-mail settings. The user will have the ability to set up the following notifications for an incoming call: 1. Speak the number on the local machine 2. Identify number with a name and speak the name on the local machine 3. Speak pre and post text 4. Show popup on incoming call and count rings 5. Associate number with picture and popup a picture on incoming call 6. Send a FREE text message to a number when the call is from a specific number 7. Send an e-mail if a certain person calls 8. Send an e-mail of the call log at a specific time 9. Auto hang-up on specific calls (For instance, blocked calls, or out-of-area calls, or a specific person) 10. Be able to set a start and end time to not have calls come in, or auto hang up. 11. Ring PC speaker Needs to detect how to get the caller I.D. information. Also, I will need to phrase the modem log file just to make sure if TAPI doesn't get it from the modem log. Additionally, if caller ID is still not working, I need it to pop up a msgbox directing the user for help. Another feature wil need added and will be discussed with the selected coder. This program will be a trial for 30 days and will expire unless it is activated. When bidding please tell me the amount of people that will be working on the project and include examples of similar work. ## Deliverables 1)Once complete, I will need the project files and installation package (Including the text-to-speech package) all bundled up ready for distribution. 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
