Convert MFC sample app to pure C

I need a MFC sample application converted from MFC to C - not C++ but pure C. It needs to compile with the latest version of Visual C, no additional code commenting needs to be added, I'm simply looking for the exact same functionality that a MFC sample contains, but written in C.
