We set-up a brand new and powerful news web site(portal). It will have the capacity to personalize news on demand where each subscriber will be able to deliver and also transmit news via XML to his own customers.
The sceleton set-up is already in process but it will be needed some nice fast clean coding from your site. The winning bidder will report to our Technical guru and also receive instructions for implementations to be done by him.
The job is very easy for someone that has the following requirements:
1. good knowledge of PHP is necessary
2. XML & XSLT
3. Knowing your way around *nix based systems
4. C/C++ experience is a great plus
5. Ability to write clean and professional code (code samples needed)
6. Not over allocated on other projects (this is imperative)
7. Ability to be online every day for at least 8 hours.
8. Access to fast internet connection
9. Steady and reliable work. Punctuality and ability to write good progress reports is major advantage.
10. Ability to Google your way through problems, quickly.
11. Accept to be communicate online with our Technical Director via Skype. This is essential so we don't spend time typing(chatting)
We need individuals, not companies. It is important that the programmer has not too much work in his schedule so we can rely that we will get full attention for our project.
Please, have a note that if you have completely read the requirements you need to put word CGF at the end of the bid, or the bid will be immediately declined.
Attention to details and at least good grasp of English language needed, as team work abilities.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.K. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
