CMS Needed

I have a site that I have designed using a flash template my client gave me. I need someone to create a simple to use (for someone with absolutely no computer skills) CMS that will not change the design. The site is temporarily located at [login to view URL] *please note the design MUST stay 100% as it is. The only area that is negotiable is the content. The header/footer are a must as they are. ***** I have no location preference but you must be able to communicate clearly with me in English so there will be no misunderstandings that amount to more work for you and more money for me ****** I do not use Skype or Gtalk to communicate.
