Articles On SEO & Ecommerce

Require between 6 to 12 professional and extremely well wriiten articles on SEO and Ecommerce subjects over the next 12 months. (mainly SEO) The articles must be... Owned by myself, COPYRIGHT to me only. A minimum of at least 1500 words in length. I may wish to have them all written at once or one or two done on a monthly basis. If on a monthly basis all articles must be delivered to me in a timely fashion and I will pay for each article as it is received. YOU MUST have extremely good knowledge of SEO, ecommerce business and marketing. The articles must be well researched. You must also be able to supply me with no less than 3 of your previous articles on the same/similar subject ranging from 1200 to 2000 words. If I think that any article is not up to a decent and reasonable standard, I will ask for it to be re-edited/written. If for any reason I recieve too many articles which are badly written, the project between us will be cease. For more information on what the articles should include, plaese see attached file. All project quotes should be "per article". Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All articles should be provided in Word format.
