Capture TCP/IP for SMTP and POP traffic for anti-spam program

need a **Delphi** 5 project done that will **capture** TCP/IP traffic for **SMTP** and POP3 communications. This will be used for an anti-spam product. It should not require altering the mail client to a different port/IP. The application needs to startup with windows and begin monitoring POP3/**SMTP**. For **SMTP** traffic, just add "hello world" to the end of outgoing messages. For POP3 messages do the same, add "hello world" to the end of the message that is sent through. The application should run as a tray icon and have one menu item to "stop". This would cease interfering with the traffic. Then it would have "go" to continue. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
