We offer vacation rental in Paris, France. [[login to view URL]][1] We would like to automate the rental booking process with an on-line booking page. In addition, the renter could click to add related services such as airport transportation, travel insurance, tourism packages, city passes for their trip (See our products offering on our sister web site: [[login to view URL]][2] We have hundreds of email requests every month and book 20 to 25 guests per month. Each guest require at least 4 or 5 email exchange, we most often answer the same questions again and again. There are 3 distinct phases to our rental transaction: 1) rental inquiry / availability request 2) agreement on final price and our rental contract T&C 3) payment and email booking confirmation / Paris travel tips. We manage our calendar manually. When a specific unit is booked, we always give the option to book another one. For a discount, some renters are willing to “move?? from one unit to another to accommodate our rental schedule. Accordingly, our occupancy rate is high at almost 97% but it is a lot of effort! We would like to automate this cumbersome process and are looking for someone who has designed a similar solution. ## Deliverables Functional booking page. On-line calendar availaibility. If apartement is booked, suggest another one. We book a min. of 3 days. a max of 2 weeks. Rental prices change depending on day and month. Add total days to rental price.
