Change data in our Database using SQL/phpmyadmin

We have a forum that has been hacked into and data has been changed and we need your help to change it back. To do this you need to be clued up on SQL syntax. Our phpmyadmim does not seem to have the ability to let us change database information as the EDIT DELETE features are missing/disabled (screenshot <[login to view URL]> ) so it can only be done from the SQL command line. The forum front is [login to view URL] a PHPBB forum with its template messed up. The real template is still on the server side and in tact but someone has added a new template corrupting the forums appearance and set that as the default template 1. In the database our 2 forum admins (Jason and bernie) passwords have been changed, they are MD5 hashed and the correct hash of the password need to be changed back to e99a18c428cb38d5f260853678922e03(an MD5 hash of abc123). 2. We need this corrupted template deleted and the original template sub green template restored. 3. We would like the phpbb forums upgraded to the latest version to eliminate any future security issues. All serverside usernames and passwords will be provided to the coder.
