Code WikiSkins for MediaWiki Platform from PSD filees

Looking for someone to take designs I have for 9 wiki skins (in PSD file format) and code them for use on the MediaWiki platform. In particular I'm looking to distribute the skins widely and want the coding done in such a way as to be able to be easily used by many users and for users to be able to customize their color schemes, etc. After being coded the skins need to be tested such that they work on popular browsers, including Firefox 2.0 and up version, Internet Explorer 6.0, Internet Explorer 7.0, and Safari 3.0.2 The skins all need to be tested on made compatible to work with MediaWiki 1.10.2 and up versions. Would need to have coding completed within 1.5 weeks of bid being accepted. Bidders should have previous experience coding skins for the Media Wiki platform and should indicate their experience with PHP and MySQL in reply to my email. Will want selected programmer to code one skin first for review before completing remaining 8 skins. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MediaWiki, MySQL
