Converting completed Photoshop files into a fully functioning web site

Meticulously prepared Photoshop .psd and .pdf files require conversion to HTML/CSS and expert coding to create fully functioning high quality mainstream romantic relationship-seeking web site. Existing files have been prepared in stand-alone element sections, with separate header and footer, for ease in distributing identical elements throughout various page types. 15 different page styles, many of which incorporate identical elements. Each of these 15 page styles will lead to various related pages. Example: "Messages" style file leads to received messages, sent messages, saved messages, filtered message, all with very similar elements. Site shall allow for both standard membership base searching and questionnaire-based system matching. Onboard psychologist has created a unique questionnaire for this site only. The questionnaire is the backbone of the site and needs expert programming. Questionnaire is based upon a basic 0-5 scale member selection filter system. All questions in the questionnaire will be displayed. No "hiding" or 'branching" of questions. Questions not based upon previous question responses. Initial page flowchart is as follows: Index page>registration>questionnaire>photo upload>individual member homepage>questionnaire-based matches as well as search options etc> Speed, accuracy and devotion to this project are all essential. Coder must be accessible via phone & email as required. Excellent communication between coder and representative a must. Coder will have complete access to company representative at all times. Only experienced coders located within the United States will be considered. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Completed web site is required to run in all major operating systems and browsers, as well as accessible/satisfactorily functioning on all major mobile phones/PDAs, Blackberry, Iphone, Mac's Safari, etc. Hosting on dedicated Linux servers anticipated.
