Data retreival and insertion ..PHP, MySQL

Need a script that will extract data from an existing site via http and then insert the data into my MySQL db. The exact process would be: I go to a php page which will offer me a few variable choices in terms of the data that I want. This is a real estate based project so some of that data would be me choosing which State to grab. Once I am ready, I click START and it starts gathering the data and (following my existing table structure) inserts into a temporary db. I can go and QUICKLY sure through each Real-Estate listing (including pics) all displayed in my existing format. then click a button that says import (this way I can approve each listing) Once you win this bid, I will give you access to my DB and existing php files for you to incorporate this script. (If you know of a Better way to do what I need..then I will be open for suggestions) It would be nice to be able to get this data from more that 1 site. ** PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING ** Thanks for bidding! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
