2 month ink/tablet application assignment in c#.net 2.0 (Full Time)

This project is to take a prototyped application done against ink api (you can run this on XP, not just tablet using an emulator) and finish it/polish it into a final product. This is a full time assignment, expect developer to be working 8+ hours a day and be online for most of business day EST. This application has the following features - image capture (prototype done) - annotation using ink api (prototype done) - form building (prototype done) - document management against webservice (backend done, front end prototype in progress) If you request it, I can send you a link to the current application so you can take a look. MUST be a senior developer with good UI design capability. Send screenshots of other .net applications you have build (winforms) when submitting bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
