PHP MySQL Flash Developer Needed

Need a motivated developer that is available now to dedicate time to complete my project (it is 90% done but the current developer seems to have gotten busy). You will need to be someone who is a true expert with real life experience and references on the following: PHP MySql lighttpd Understand FLV h.264 etc Ajax Basic design skills a plus I will not under no circumstances work with a company, I work with developers direct only. I have years of feedback on RAC and pay real well for quality talent. You must be able to work fast, I am a developer myself but have limited time to dedicate to development. This can be a great opportunity for long term work. Right now I need someone that can help Install and configure lighttpd properly so we can stream the clips (also play h.264 files) Fix certain things in the programming logic And can discuss more via PM Please reply if you are available to start now and have the feedback to show you are good with this. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
