A php mysql website project

I want a site built that is a child of ebay since this site will be used within a country and you can grab a lot of data from ebay itself for example categories and sub categories this i think is a medium type of a project. I don't want any thing relating to international or global sites as in ebay and i don't want any credit card service and i don't want any community and i just want a buy link, a sell link and a myebay kind of a link and buy link will contain categories and subcategories, the buyer will have options to sort products according to areas within my country and with type of product and with expiry of product and each seller will have an account so he signs up and he should be able to specify if he wants some info regarding him to be displayed or not and then he adds some products to sell on the site and thats all it. this just gives you a genral idea of what i want. I shall tell you details later. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows xp apache server php and mysql versions not big issue
