Wordpress - Customer Area Interface - repost

REPOSTED DUE TO A TIME WASTER - I NEED THIS JOB DONE VERY QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALY I have a website which is basically a free site for teachers to display their profiles. My problem is that I am having to get teachers who wish to display their details to email me their text and photo and then I am having to manually add it to the site myself through Wordpress. This is very time consuming and frustrating. I would like it if there was an option for new teachers to 'sign-up' and have the follow once they have joined: 1. Allow teachers to register and have access to a members only part of the site. This hidden area should have a forum that needs to be added also. 2. The hidden members only area should have pages that I can upload text and photos onto. 3. Allow the teachers to add their own profile text & picture that will show up on the main website as their own profile page (After I have confirmed the photo and text isn't spam or inappropriate). 4. There should be country flags added to the website, so that the teachers can select there country of origin that will show up in the corner of their profile page when they have created their profile. 5. Allow the teachers to go in and edit/up-date/delete their profile whenever they want. 6. I should have complete control of the new services in Wordpress and it should be user-friendly for me to control. All of the above has to look professional and fit in with the design of the existing website. It also has to be very user friendly and reliable. I am aware of plug-ins that are currently available, however I don't think they are as flexible or easy to operate as I need. I will look forward to your 'reasonable' bid.
