Facebook App Auto Post as User

I'm looking for an experience facebook developer to make an app that does the following: 1. User will Like the App through Like Button on external website. 2. Once the like button is pressed the permission box pops up, asking for general permission and permission for the app to post content to their wall on behalf of them. 3. Once permission is granted, the app will periodically post random content as themselves to their wall. 4. Thats all the functions required. There is no need for any other graphical interface. Other questions: 1. I already have a fan page, can it be converted to function like I said? 2. How will I control the periodic posts? through facebook? php? Looking for someone that can start straight away.
