animated childrens ebook

I am developing ebooks for children. They will be very gently animated. For the prototype, I need someone who can come up with the illustrations and replicate the animation as I have mocked them up in ppt. There will be more work for the right person. I want the illustrations to be cartoon-like, simple, appealing. I can send you samples. Please submit with a sample drawing of a small blonde boy and dark haired girl (think a generic, simpler, less detailed Calvin and Hobbes, crossed with Dora!) standing beside a (Tom and Jerry style, round edges...) sof If possible I would like the illustrator and animator to be one person for ease of communication; but if the skills are too disparate I will revise this. ... The animation will be as simples as the boy "running" and moving over the sofa, under a table, etc. I would like the words on the book highlighted as they are read out, and audio on click.
