Animated Christmas Card -Flash

This project requires simple flash animation and illustration. The concept is as follows Format: 4:3 ratio horizontal format Idea: Falling snowflakes with a pile of snow already on the ground. An arm pops out of the snowbank and holds up a sign with the words "Happy Holidays'. A second later, another arm and sign pops out of the snow banks with the words on the sign "Joyous Fete" A third arm and sign than pops up with "Felicatations Navidad" on the sign. The company name and logo would than appear as a graphic. Project requires - illustration of the snowflakes, signs and arms; simple "fun" animation style using Flash and a holiday music track. I'm open to your interpretation of the requirements, as long as it improves on the concept. I'll need to see a storyboard before animation and programming start. Length of animation- 10 to 15 seconds. In you bid - indicate how long it would take you to complete the job, once it is awarded. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Flash animation playable in any browser - IE, Firefox, Safari
